Join Friends of the Rappahannock (FOR) and John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District (JMSWCD) for a River Cleanup event targeting several sites on the Rappahannock River in Fauquier and Culpeper Counties. One of the major causes of pollution in Virginia waterways is caused by trash and debris. This includes small things like plastic straws, bottle caps, and pop tabs but also includes truck tires, scrap metal, cars, and Porta Johns!!! Celebrate our 4th Annual Rock the River FXBG event at Old Mill Park. The event includes live music, craft beer, kid-friendly activities, local artisan vendors, and some of the best local food trucks.
