From the Chatham Bridge in downtown Fredericksburg (Rt.3 / William St.), take Rt. 3 East for approximately 12 miles.  Look on your right for the large River Riverfest banner.  Turn right on the gravel drive just past the banner and follow the signs to the parking area.
