Travel from Germanna to Ely's Ford by canoe and paddle an 8-mile stretch of the Rappahannock that is rich with history! Cooloff while floating down the Rappahannock on this family friendly trip! Drift downstream and enjoy a beautiful summer's day then shoot the rapids at First Drop. Fall River Cleanup Join us for a morning of picking up trash along the Rappahannock and local streams. We will provide supplies, site maps, and lunch! Be prepared to drive to your site. If you have a truck, bring it to haul trash. Adult supervision of youth under 18 required. Pre-registration is required. 9am - 1pm. This event is based out of Old Mill Park in Fredericksburg.Rain or shine. FREE .    Register via this page, after June 1. (It is used for Spring Cleanup prior to June 1).
Help FOR and US Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 310 clean up as many areas along our beautiful river as possible. If you know of a site that needs to be cleaned, please let us know. Otherwise, we will have pre-assigned cleanup sites and supplies for volunteers. If you have a truck or a boat that you don’t mind lending to the cause, please let us know. Pre-registration is preferred. Please register on our Tidal Cleanup Page. 9am - 12pm.Rain or shine. FREE
